Vivalogo™ Terms of Service
Vivalogo will commence work on an order once the Client’s payment has been processed. Once the Client has placed an order, a representative of Vivalogo will contact the Client in order to confirm his/her order and method of payment.
Vivalogo will provide the initial logo samples to our Client within 3-7 working days (depending on the chosen package). Vivalogo will post the initial samples to a secure website, accessible only by the Client. The Client will then be able to view his/her logo samples and also be able to provide his/her feedback concerning the design of the samples.
Vivalogo will analyze the Client’s feedback and revise
the samples. The revised samples will be resented to the Client within
3 working days. Vivalogo will keep revising until Client is 100% satisfied.
Each revising-circle lasts 3 working days. Once the sample has been
approved by the Client, Vivalogo will proceed with the delivery phase.
All requested formats are zipped and emailed to the Client. Client shall
have 60 days to respond to each set of concepts/revisions submitted
to Client for review. If after 60 days the Client has failed to so respond,
Vivalogo will assume the Project complete and the Project shall be
deemed to be complete.
Refunds
If Client is not satisfied with the initial concepts provided by Vivalogo,
Client may request a refund. Vivalogo will refund the total payment
made by Client, less administrative and processing fees. Once Client
requests additional revisions for any of the initial concepts, Client
shall forfeit the right to the refund.
Copyright/Trademarks
The Client unconditionally guarantees that any element of text furnished
to Vivalogo for inclusion in the design samples do not infringe on
any copyright or trademarks that have been already established by another
organization. The Client will hold harmless, protect, and defend Vivalogo
and its subcontractors from any claim or suit arising from the use of
such elements furnished by the Client.
Ownership
Ownership of the final artwork become the property of the Client, having
unlimited, indefinite, and royalty-free use of the image. Vivalogo
retains the right to display the artwork in it's portfolio and advertising
materials. With regards to the respective package selected, Clients
are allowed to choose only one logo design, one slogan design, one business
card design, one envelope design, one letter head design. All designs,
concepts, slogans or other materials displayed to the Client which are
not selected by the Client remain the full property of Vivalogo. Clients
can purchase additional logo designs provided within the samples created
to fulfill the Client's order for $100.00.
All trademarks on this site such as Vivalogo™ and others are trademarks of the respective companies and you may not use these marks without express written permission.

When will I see my logo?
Your initial design concepts will be delivered within 3-5 business days of completing these steps. Once you have finalized your logo, any additional creative work you have purchased, such as stationery or web design, will begin immediately.
